Hide Inn Seek | Bird Nest Treehouse

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. It’s perfect for a short quiet getaway. The house had everything we needed and more. Waking up in the morning and seeing nothing but trees out of all the windows was our favorite. The house was so cozy and perfect.

The Birds Nest was, by far, the best place we’ve ever stayed. And as a seasoned traveler, I don’t make that claim lightly. My husband and I were looking for a place to sneak away to for the weekend, as our first “away” with no kids. This spot was truly good for our souls. We laughed, we rested, we made s'more's, we talked, we sauna’ed, we read… this spot made true connection possible. We didn’t want to leave. Christy, thank you for creating a place that filled our cups and refreshed our spirits. Your attention to detail was so thoughtful and we felt lighter when we left. Grateful.

This place was awesome. The views are remarkable. Don't plan on eating in. No ice maker or microwave. The trip to the sauna and hot tub can be adventurous to say the least. But we had a thunderstorm one night and the lightning flashes were something to behold. And the sunset? Wow. Just, wow.
